A little bit longer, but a little bit quieter.

My only concern is the gas tube is in contact with the barrrl nut. I could file the edge down a bit for clearance, but should I go that far?

I wouldn't worry about it.

Looks great. I do like some left handed shoot action

Turned out great. Is this gonna get glass, or are you staying with just irons?

At this point it's going to be irons only. I need a good rig to practice irons anyhow.

Two trip to the range, and with good ammo, this things shoots stupid quiet. Good ammo you ask, I thought you hand loaded. Well, for the past year, I started amassing my reloading stash for 300blk. Powder, super deal on Nosler 190s, and converting a lot of brass.
Rifle is complete, let the hand loading begin. Well, initially, I was going to use Hornady AMax 208 bullets, so I cut and sized my brass to Hornady's 9th edition. Go to the range, chamber problems all over the place, click, no bang, and mortar the round out. Everything seemed correct, so I bought some factory subs. Next trip, 10 rounds unsupressed, 10 suppressed, no problems. New reloads, chamber problems, many needed mortaring. Bring the brass home, the factory brass is way shorter. Well turns out the Hornady trim data was way off, 1.390" instead of 1.358". So I've got a lot of retrims to take care of.
