Rainier arms forgot password issue

I set up an RA account months ago. I thought I used the same 'default' password for most retailer sites, I never save CC info or sensitive stuff. I wanted a couple things the other night, but it didn't like my password. No problem I tried my typical variants to no avail. So I used the forgot password button and it said it sent an email, I did this 3 times over about 48 hours before just checking out as guest, I couldn't even set a new account because my email is already tied to an account.

Anyone else have this issue? I haven't contacted rainier, because it's not a big issue. Just wondering if its happened to anyone else

I'd contact Rainier so at the very least they can have IT look into it.

If you confirmed your email is in the system, but the reset system isn't working, I have no doubt they'd want to know.

Are you on a Mac? I have issues on my phone and iPad with Rainier's site sometimes. Usually it's password related too. I will sometimes have to log out and back in on my laptop then it works on my other devices.

I have an iPhone. Which is what I was using during this issue, but use a junk windows 8 computer. I can try that though. If I have no luck that way, I will contact RA
