Have some friends that fled the Miami area, then had to run back east to beat the storm. I swear, and I don't mean to make light of people who may be suffering, but my friends are starting to develop a sense of humor about the whole thing.

Anyway, I do know there are many frightened and trapped folks there in FL and I pray for you. Texas, I know many of you are still stuck in 4 to 10 feet of water. I can't donate help, but I can donate a little cash, I hope that helps. Hope you looters get to meet brave men, protecting everything they've ever worked for, get cut in half with a shotgun.

Sonofabitch....have friends from Duke Energy...who provides our power, as well as in FL and other southern states. It seems that, even before the return storm surge, assholes have already statrting looting. My 'friends' aren't even allowed to attempt rescue, much less restore power (their primary job) until the water drops, and no armed persons or "looters" occupy the area's . They are like Reserves, or Guard units, only with their hands tied and no authority. These folks are civilians and won't receive an accommodation medal, or maybe even a thanks. They will go out tomorrow, when surges may be up to 9 or 10 folks.

Since they aren't SpecOp's, LEO, or 1st responders, they won't get much in the way of THANKS, but I would hope, given the type of persons who hang on WEVO, that you'd prey for their safety, and the safety of those who those who'll they'll try to save. Personally, I'd love to be with a well armed militia, and solve the problem of looting, but that would make me a target of Antifa, and the DNC.

P.S. Godspeed Todd.

Thanks,
FT;)

Not only did I lose power last night, I also lost Cell Data, which was annoying. Could barely get a cell call out. Thankfully 15-16 hours later, both came back up and the AC is running again. Tomorrow's chore will be the mess that is the pool. At least I have an extra bag of salt.

No cell and a dirty pool. Heck gator, count yourself blessed! Glad to hear you and Jerry R. didn't receive devastating damage. [:D]
