I am looking to part out a 10.3" upper that I built a while back. I only have about 200 rounds through all of the parts. Upper has been painted with Krylon but I stripped most of it off using Citristrip and brake cleaner. I put oil back on the surface but there may be a little haziness or residual paint left on the parts but not a big deal.
