Not much info on this, but I got a preproduction model. The castle nut is tapered and no staking is required according to Fortis.

I talked to Paul at Fortis a few weeks back. A group buy is a possibility.

I might just do it like the Centurion Arms one. Just get a rough idea of how many people and we'll get a coupon code, so you're not forced to be in or out at any given moment. Just pay when you're ready or until supplies run out.

That would be an awesome price. I imagine that the retail cost will be about $35, so another $5 off is a 15% discount. Seems like a good number.

Thanks UW. I know, I have an account, thought I logged in, placed the order, entered the code, and it said "coupon expired" Small part, no big deal. Just pulling their chain a little in the post. I may not have logged in, because they thanked me for the order and gave me a 15% discount code on my next order.

I had never done business with Fortis prior to ordering the K1. Had to create an account then log in for the WEVO code to work. Order complete Thursday 9/6. Delivered Monday 9/10. Pleasure to do business with.
