I am doing a lot of these 'help me spend my money' threads! LOL!

The gun is a Sig P226 with a threaded barrel, tall factory Sig suppressor sights, and a Surefire X300-B light on it.

This is obviously an outside the waistband job, preferably made of kydex, with a back on it tall enough or a design to keep the gun off of me.

---

I've never used an OTW kydex holster as I don't open carry so any tips on something that will be comfortable and useful will be helpful.

I don't know what kind of cant I really want or would like so any tips there would help too.

Outside of a 3 gun style holster I don't know how much leeway I have for the depth of the ride or adjustability.

Speaking of 3 gun holsters I would entertain and like to know good options there as well as for a more traditional kydex holster.

Concealment is not the priority.

Comfort is a priority.

---

If I ever do decide to carry this gun in public it would be during the winter when I could wear a coat over it.

Open carry is legal but I don't do it generally speaking, at least not in public places like the mall or Wal Mart. I can think of a hundred places where I could or would carry like that, but Wal Mart is not on the list.

Any help or options are appreciated.

To be honest for open carry I really like paddle holsters. Rides tight to the body, comfortable while sitting in a vehicle, easy to draw. Rides high and has a cant plus it has a tensioning screw so you don't have to take a heat gun to your holster to tighten or loosen its grip on the pistol. Take a look at Fobus holsters. Wont break the bank either. https://fobusholster.com/
