I have a 7.5" .300 blk barrel from Faxon. The barrel is fine. It's got 105 rounds through it.
The only reason I'm looking to trade/sell is I need another 1/2" or so to mount a suppressor.
Thanks!
Here's a pic of the barrel.

Why not a shorter handguard?

The upper and rail were given to me by Jeff. I don't want to change a part given to me.

That makes sense. I have a barely used CMT 6.7 rail I can sell you cheap. I just don’t need it.

I know what you mean. I had some parts a friend gave me. High ends parts either and I kept them for the longest time (it was a rail) after selling the barrel due to some bad financial times. But I couldn’t bring myself to sell the rail. It was purely sentimental . Finally talking to the my friend, he was like, “man sell that stuff!” I had asked if he acted me to give it back since I wasn’t going to use it and felt bad about selling it. He sad “I have given that rail to you. To YOU. So do what you want with it. So I sold it. Even when I was packaging the rail up, with a hand stop he gave me, I almost and went back to my laptop and refunded the gentleman’s money. But I knew my friend really didn’t mind, and plus I really need the money . So I mailed it out.
So do you still have the barrel?

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkI completely understand that thought process.
I do still have it. And still need to swap it.
I got the Galil and have been messing with that, swapping parts, ect. And it fell on the back burner.

Interestingly, I got an inquiry on it last night on M4C. Buyer seems interested but you can be the backup if it falls through.

So this is where all the magic happens?
I feel like I just got a peek into Santa’s workshop or Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory....or something. :-)

Santa Willy's Chocolate Workshop. :P
Also known as my messy garage. I can't wait to move and have a basement workshop.
