Changing stick on sbr...reporting?

Thinking about putting a phase 5 hex tube with mini stock attachment on one of my sbr's. This is a fixed stick affair as opposed to my adjustable stock.

Since this changes oal, do I have to notify the atf?

OAL should be irrelevant after you have the stamp since there is no difference between putting a 8.5" barrel or a 14.5" unpinned on it...
