That's a beauty! I wish S&W still made those guns.

I'd love to find a 5906 TSW someday.

Thanks very much. I was really fortunate to find one in such fine shape, and a decent price.

I will keep an eye out for a good 5906 TSW model for you, I'm constantly searching S&W 3rd Gen sales.

Nice! I really like the look of the P30L, and I've heard the triggers are good out of the box. It's hard to beat HK; I love my VP9.

I wasn't 100% satisfied with that build, aluminum magwell with a gold barrel, my OCD was kicking in. Damn thing is a laser at the range though. I replaced the Mirzon grip with a standard Sig Grip. I'm going to save the Mirzon for another Sig build some time down the road with an undetermined slide.

It's been an awesome month finding some of my bucket list guns. But this one goes beyond the bucket list. This would be on the Holy Grail list.

This is a S&W Performance Center 9MM Target Champion. Much like my 686 Target Champion revolver, this pistol was sent to WISCHO in Germany to be distributed in Europe. Very few of these make it back here to the US. When you do find one, they tend to come at a premium.

This gun is in amazing shape, virtually no holster wear, no parts wear. The barrel is pristine. The slide to frame fit is super close, but it rides like it's on glass. The Briley Barrel Bushing is also very tight; putting it together is like a precision puzzle. I anticipated amazing accuracy potential. The trigger is single action only, and this Euro model lacks a magazine disconnect. Now if I can find a 45 Target Champion... I try to shoot them all. I carry the 3913, 4516, and 4013TSW on occasion. Those are all compact models. (The 4013TSW was my back up when I was a LEO in the 90s.) The 3913 is the easiest/most comfortable of all my 3rd Gen S&Ws for CC.

VP’s are my next frontier. I’m interested in seeing how H&K strikers stack up to the hammer-fired Guns. I also hope to add a .45 Tactical to my modest group of pistoles. In my mind that’s a modernized Mk 23, as well as the poor’s version![emoji2]

Glock made a mistake releasing the G44 with 10 round mags. You can still get 18 round ProMags, but not releasing a higher capacity factory mag was a big FAIL

How do you like it? How does it stack up to the Staccato and other 2011 brands? I am tempted by the thinness of the 1911, but the modern design keeps calling too.

Got it out at the range last week for some test fire. It's a smooth shooter. Like you said, it's got most of the thinness of a normal 1911, even though it's a double stack magazine. Familiar controls for you 1911 folks, and a nice beavertail. I don't have enough time with it to compare to my Staccato's, but I can definitely see why people shoot these things vs some boring Glock.

I've got an old STi Tactical, a P DUO and a C2 DUO.

I wasn't in the market for a C2 at first, but then there was that upcoming mag ban in my state and the LE program where they threw in 6 mags kind of made my decision for me as much as I liked running the P.

Does anyone know any holster company that makes a kydex OWB for the P320C Nitron in 45 ACP? Ya, boo-hiss, it's a 320. No care, I like them just as much as my Glocks and other strikers.

Looks like Fobus makes one. I am a big fan of their holsters especially the CH series which has a trigger lock/finger release mechanism. They are very comfortable to wear and are about as low profile as you can get. The paddle really wraps around your body and stays in place. https://www.fobusholster.com/collections/evolution-holster?manufacturer=Sig%20Sauer&model=Sig%20Sauer%20P320%20.45&hand=Right

Safariland is interesting, however I am looking for OWB, non duty, no paddle strictly belt loops, don't need a light unless it's for a TLR7 because I am moving away from the APLc and the longer lights make for a harder to conceal OWB.

Not a fan of Fobus either but thank you for suggesting regardless.

I just want a minimal OWB belt loops only. It's an occasional carry gun.

I think we have a holster thread around here somewhere...

Ah, Safariland has other options if you drop the light, but not what you're looking for. My favorite OWB holster is the Perun from Raven Concealment but they don't support the .45 models of the P320 line. No support from Tier 1, either.

I did find this in a google search and it seems to match your requirements - I have no experience with Vedder: https://www.vedderholsters.com/sig-sauer-p320-carry-45-owb-holster-lightdraw/?gad=1

Since you don't need to accommodate the light, then CrossBreed does have some options. I like CB for their IWB holsters so can't really speak to their OWB options, but they are well made and have great customer support. The SnapSlide and DropSlide look interesting:

That Vedder is just perfect! I must not be using the right keywords or diving deep enough whenever I've googled it numerous times.

Thanks! And Vedder is good to go according to my kydex maker friend so that vote of confidence helps in that regard as well.

Might not be much help, but worth mentioning; there is a bender local to me, https://www.3iholsters.com/ that has always delivered what I've asked for. If he doesn't have a pattern, or a particular light, I leave mine and the finished product is always pleasing.

I went through a bunch of pistols when I turned 21. Started with a gen 2 Glock 22, hated it. Went to a Sig P2340, decided I hated .40 cal once and for all. Next pistol was a S&W Chief Special .45. I miss that one. I wouldn't mind having a gen 3 S&W now. Yours looks great.
