Dude, pork is pure American love and christmas all wrapped together, and it's not even hard to prepare a tasty dish. Your parents wronged you severely. :tsk:

April was a good month ... a little oak flavor with a blackberry finish ... I think you're mistaken, that was May. Aprils is too soon to pick blackberry's. [:D] Then it's still got to age for a week in a plastic bag, oh and that's not oak, they just drop a few tongue depressers in it while it's aging.
