I've got a Hahn Precision magwell adaptor and a Hahn heavy buffer & spring. They were designed to work with the Cav Arms / GWACS polymer MK II AR receiver, so it could be used with a .45 upper and grease gun mags. Purchased ~15 years ago, never got around to buying the upper to go with the lower.
$85 shipped for both.

Obviously, this won't work with a standard AR lower, just the Cav Arms / GWACS polymer lowers.
