So what's on your gun wish list for 2022?

Nothing too crazy for me. Got some small projects to finish up, but firearms wise:

For some strange reason, I would like to have a Springfield SA-35. Don't really know why. Not going to pay triple retail though. Waiting until they come back to MSRP ... if ever.

A few weeks ago I would have said a Barrett MRAD, but now I'm leaning towards pushing that out a year or two and instead getting a PRS type of set-up. The Savage Elite Precision in 6mm Creedmoor has caught my attention. Also, I'm keeping my eye out for a nice Springfield 1903 to help round out the Mil-surp collection. Other than that, just upgrading some of my existing builds and getting some better spotting glass.

Been hearing the new Marlins by Ruger are a return to their pre-remlin days QC wise. I'd be down for one, and an 502 if they ever come back into existence. They seem like a target for the scalper/flipper market to make mad money off of, and I ain't doin' that shite!

10/22 takedown and backpacker stock. Need a small plinker.

Hoping to see ammo come back down a few more notches. I miss the days of $140 for a 420 rnd can of 5.56 and $30 200 rnd packs of 9mm!

I just ordered a NF nx8 2.5-20X50mm, that was top of my list. Wouldn’t mind picking up a OSS HX-QD 556 can, maybe a m&p 2.0 10mm. That’s about all I can think of.

I'm going for either a .375 H&H or .458 Win Mag with express sights for 100/200/300 and scope mount.
The few stores that have them are price gouging the hell out of everyone now, because hardly anyone has them and can't even backorder them.
A Howa HS Precision in 6.5 creedmoor was on my to do list, but it's currently in route to my dealer.[:D]

1. staccato P with RMR
2. tromix 458 socom barrel to finally finish this build
3. finding a vltor cas-v (original style) at a somewhat reasonable price.

Taking out three large infected ash trees and a couple grand in other unexpected expenses means little more new for 2022. NOT going to sell any growth stock with pessimistic inflation future.

But I have parts to upgrade a couple of guns I’ve been putting off. And a couple of new 1-6 optics to replace 1-4s. Life is still good gunwise. I’m so thankful I stacked deep before ammo went nuts.

I've had to refocus my monies to the magazine ban coming to my state July 1st.

I've diverted a bunch of money to mags for guns I don't own yet.

Still looking for extra mags for M&P 10mm, FN502, Bul Armory 9mm Mags. Also taking inventory of what I actually have and what I could use more of. Realized I stocked up on plenty of UMP45/9, MP5 Mags but let the pistol side slide a bit. Forgot how expensive some of this shit is.

How do you like that 502? I have been lazy about shopping for one and it's either a really hot item or FN just isn't turning out enough of them. It's probably a bit of both.

I'm not familiar with FN as a company but it seems like they don't have any urgency about this at all.

Now that the new Sig pistol is out hopefully they will make more of them to meet demand for the gun itself as well as the mags.

I've been keeping an eye out for things you listed in another post (specifically mags) but so far nothing.
