The most intriguing thing I saw at the SHOT Show 2023 Industry Day at the Range was the new 2311 from Oracle Arms.
It's basically a double stack 1911 style pistol with fully ambidextrous controls that takes Sig 320 magazines. They will be offering a full size and compact version. In the full size, they will have a "duty" version as well as a competition version.
Each pistol comes ready to mount an optic and will come with three different optic mounting plates to cover popular footprints. Each pistol will also ship with five (5) magazines.
The trigger pull will be 4 lbs for most versions, save the competition model which will have a 2 lbs. trigger.
These are expected to hit the market in March 2023.
