DD Omega 7 in. FDE

I have been lurking around for quite a bit and finally decided to register. I'm currently building my first AR SBR. This is not my first AR15. I currently own a RRA Entry Tactical and my duty weapon is a Colt M4A1. So far I have had my Form 1 approved and ready to proceed with the build. This is what I have so far:

Mega Gator Lower
RRA LPK
DD CAR Burnsed Loop
MagPul PMAG (3xFDE)
MagPul MIAD (FDE)
MagPul CTR (FDE)
Ordered 10.5 LMT upper
Ordered BCM BCG (FA)
Ordered MagPul MBUS

I'm looking on purchasing a DD OMEGA 7.0 Rail. Just for "cool", I'm curious about the actual color of the Omega FDE. Anybody have the OMEGA FDE on their rifle. Would love to see some pics.

Here is my SBR wearing a DD Mk 18 RIS II (on my Mega upper and lower) which should be similar to what you're looking at. The stock and grip is Magpul while the FVG is TD.

It's good to be here. Thanks for the warm welcome, Stick. I have used many of your pictures from ARFcom in the past as my desktop background. The earlier version looks like a chocolate color. I'm gonna stare at the pics all day and then make my decision. It shouldn't matter, but the "cool" factor has got the best of me on this piece.

Stickman, How does the MagPul XTM panels you have on your AR15 fit on the DD Omega Rail? I understand the Omega rail is shaped more like an oval than a cylinder shape. I was planning on using the ladder style covers on top and bottom. Then planning on using the XTM panels on the sides? Do they fit oddly because of the Omega shape? Do you have an pics. Thanks.

yeah, I would describe my DD FDE as more of a bronze color. I don't think it exactly matches the magpul FDE but it doesn't look bad either.
