Yes that is the .750 jig. Pretty much the VLTOR gas blocks are the only ones I have found that fit it. The Bravo Company are about 70% not fitting. If you take a few hundredths off the bottom of the gas blocks they will fit.

I've owned both. The Carrier Comp tube actually does make a difference in handling. Their first gen tubes more than their later gen. Kip thickened them up a bit. Anyway, I jumped on the Carrier Comp/ Benelli M4 train over half a decade ago and have watched it ride. Neat shotgun, and one of the most reliable firearms I've owned. I think I've had 5 of them now, and NONE had issues with target loads, or 3" slugs, or anything. Just boringly reliable lead-launchers! The Glock 19 of the semi-auto shotgun world.

Anyway, I jumped on the Carrier Comp/ Benelli M4 train over half a decade ago and have watched it ride. Neat shotgun, and one of the most reliable firearms I've owned. I think I've had 5 of them now, and NONE had issues with target loads, or 3" slugs, or anything. Just boringly reliable lead-launchers! The Glock 19 of the semi-auto shotgun world.

Mine has ate everything i've fed it thus far, from cheapo target loads to slugs. Definitely a keeper. I wasn't aware there were changes to the design of the Carrier Comp tubes. Interesting stuff. Thicker can't hurt anything, just make it stronger. And i'm sure it's still much lighter than the stock set-up. It's been about three months since i ordered my tube. I'm getting antsy. :P It'll be well worth the wait.

All Benelli shotguns just run and run. I know my first SBE has 25k through it with the last 10k being steel shot and its barrel looks as fresh as my SBE2 with 5k through it. Can not remember an issue beyond bad ammo 1 time.

I have put minimal rounds through my M4 but it has been flawless from slugs to target loads.

I actually waited forever for BCM to drop the kmr before breaking down and getting the 13.5 nsr I have now. I think both are nice. Having a gen 2 & 3 coming would be nice to have a gen 1 set to complete the family. Looking forward to seeing yours

Both are nice, but i really like the mounting system on the KMR. I've got a 13.5" NSR on a 14.5" barreled upper, with a pinned BattleComp 1.5. It's pretty slick. I haven't decided on a muzzle device for the 12.5" upper yet. I'll post up some pics when i get it all together.

Ouch... lol I've got a T-1 on mine. I really like the Trijicon 1-4. I almost bought one, but picked up a Vortex Viper 1-4 instead. At half the price, it's still a damn nice optic. I still want a Trijicon one of these days though.

I have a MUR on mine just cause I couldn't find a forged that fit my Gen 2 well.

I've got a few forged uppers that are real picky about the lowers they want to fit. The rear lug is the problem area on all of them, and they are from different companies, and different forge markings. Go figure.

Actually there is a lot of ammo out there still (online) but its running between .40-.50 cents a round(before shipping) M855 is running around .70 a round. Some places are gouging but I think a lot of it has to do with the distributors actually doing the gouging. They raise their prices and it just rolls downhill.

That stinks for both sides honestly. I've given them a lot of business personally as I've seen their products featured here and knowing they sponsored the forum. A lot of companies took a huge hit after the panic buying quit, let's hope if it picks back up there will be a renewed interest on their part. If you have to mortar you gun trying to get a stuck casing out, you're going to damage your 6061. If you're just plinking at the range and not taking a class, it probably won't make a difference to you.

If anyone is looking for a upper end 1-4 optic these are an absolute steal at $800 shipped from Eurooptic. It's the Steiner 1X-4X-24mm DM1 Riflescope. I am a fan of the low powered magnified optics and this particular one is exceptional. Much better than the Vortex PST and a good deal brighter and clearer than my Trijicon's. I honestly can't decide between my NF NXS and this if they cost the same. At the heavy discount this is at I will take 2 of these every day of the week. FFP Etched ranging reticle with an illuminated dot that ranges from NV use to scorch your retina bright. This optic got great reviews at a $1300 retail BTW. Took the NXS off the 16s to run this for the time being. The 3-12x50 G2 I am running on a Mega .308 is a equally good bargain at $1099 right now too.
