Just curious, but how pronounced are the M4 feed ramps in an upper receiver? Can someone post a picture without the barrel entension attached? I ask because I just received my upper and I it was supposed to have the M4 feed ramps but there are barely 2 little divots. I thought it was supposed to be a more pronounced groove. It may look more pronouced with the M4 feed ramp barrel in place also though.

Thats the picture I've seen, and those grooves look a lot larger than the ones I have and I am not sure if it is an optical illusion with the barrel extension on it, or if it is an illusion because the picture is a lot larger than what the actual receiver is.

Thanks though.

Thanks!

This is what mine looks like. I started looking online and it looks like LMT has deep grooves and a lot of people are doing these shallow grooves. I imagine they know what they are doing though and they should work just the same with M4-feed ramped barrel extensions/barrels.

(I had to check it at home because that picture was blocked here at work for me, but for some reason I can get to this site just fine)

Not an altogether uncommon problem, actually. I deal with the same thing on most military servers.

Gotta love the DHS and the USCG we can still get streaming video and I rarely get denied access to something.
