Magpul FDE ACS is released

The ACS seems to have gotten a lot of early requests for the FDE version. Magpul typically releases colors in the order than sells best, which certainly makes sense. Black is the most popular color, followed by FDE.

I don't strip parts on and off the M16 lower very often, so you will have to stay with a black and tan theme on this one. [BD]
