Did I dream this? Vortex window crusher?

I don't see it on their site, but I could have sworn I saw a Vortex FH with steel rods reinforcing the tangs that made it able to crush through windows without breaking the FH. I've heard of breakage in carbine courses where someone dropped their carbine and broke their Vortex. Was it someone else like YHM that made these or did Smith discontinue them?:confused:
