Anyone have one of the Noveske tan AD mounts? Just wondering what scopes you were putting with it...maybe a pic? Is the Leupold Dark Earth scope color anywhere close?

I don't have a Noveske tan AD mount, just the black AD mount. I have one on my LR-308 with a Burris XTR (in Coyote) 3-12X50. I think the Leupold DE finish is slightly lighter in color to the Burris.

While I put it on there about six months ago, I have too been busy with my other rifles to get any range time on it. Short of shooting with it, I have looked through it in low light and daylight and it is very clear/sharp, has good light gathering, side focus parallax, Ballistic Mil-dot reticle (w/ illumination), easy to manipulate and read tactical knobs (covers are on in pic). Goes for about $500 less than any Leupold in DE color. It is also extremely close in quality to the Leupold Mark 4 LR/T M1 Illum 8.5-25X50--I have this one on a Remington 700 Mil-spec 5R Stainless Special, which I have fired with--fantastic optic.
