I am an ownder of an m16 receiver from the 70's as of the present it uses the GI full auto LPK

Recently I was able to purchase a geissele SSF trigger set.

A friend of mine offered me his spare KNS Non rotating pins.

a Gen 2 and a Gen2 Mod 2. Are they useful?

some say to check if my holes are still in spec. How do you check them? just wiggle ?

Do the pins walk their way out of the holes? If so, try using the KNS non-rotating pins.

If anything, the KNS pins look sweet.

so far I have not noticed any walk... but I usually just shoot up to 150 rounds per trip... so...?

They won't hurt anything, so unless you're going for an "as issued" look, it's some cheap insurance for your lower if he's offering them cheap.

I'll admit it, my last build has them, simply because I thought the little tan dogbones looked cool. And they still do.
