14.5 inch barrel ballistic info needed

I posted this on another board and haven't gotten any info as yet, so I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I'm shooting Federal LE TRU ammo, 55 Gr BTHP out of my patrol rifle and would like to know what the muzzle velocity and ballistic energy would be using this ammo out of a 14.5 inch barrel. Federal says that out of a 24 inch barrel the MV is 3220 @ 1226 Ft/Lbs of energy. I haven't been able to find any info for this ammo when used with a 14.5 inch barrel so maybe someone has a formula for loss of FPS/FtLbs per inch of barrel length? Thanks...[:)]

Average velocity was about 2830 from my limited testing a couple years ago, which is similar to what ATK/Federal has listed.
