throw lever mounts for M4S?

Are there any quality throw lever mounts available for the M4S? I can find a few for the M4, but only one reference as to whether it would fit the M4S.

I did see the Bobro pictured w/ an M4S, but it had a cantilever spacer & I'm looking for one that will ABSOLUTE cowitness irons. Thanks!

The part numbers are the same for the mounts. I don't have both to try, but I'm pretty comfident.
