I don't think so but some sites say yes and some no.

Also how accurate does one need to be with OAL? Im planning on 10.5" barrel with Mil-spec CTR stock. I keep figuring 20"

Nevermind, found it. Apparently the ATF is now requiring this with trusts as well.
