Upper ID from Stick [Archive]

Stick,

I was wondering if you could give the specs on the FDE rail and eotech upper laid out on the Billet guide under Tactical Innovations lower section. Mostly intrested in rail and upper receiver as it appears to line up good with the TI lower.

I'm glad I asked, it wasn't the one I was thinking of. That is a regular flattop upper, no telling who made it.
