lilja-nordic barrels

This is my first post. I am building my first rifle and been online for about 1 year learning from all you guys. I only need a barrel and looking for a good 16" ss barrel for about $300. I am not going into competition or anything just want an accurate barrel for home defense, paper targets, learning and having fun. I thought I had it narrowed down to WOA barrel till I saw this website, has anyone heared of lilja-nordic barrels? I know Lilja barrels are $450 on their webstie, is this the same barrel as Lilja-Nordic or a different animal altogether? Or if you have any better ideas on a barrel.

I emailed Dan at Lilja to get an answer, his reply was that the Lilja-Nordic barrels are mid length gas and not carbine and also that they are not hand lapped. [noob]
