6.8 Build

This may be a little off subject, Does anyone know anything about the Osprey piston system. I am planning out a 6.8 upper build, and want to use a 16 inch barrel with possibly a rifle length VTAC handguard. I want to hide the piston, and the Osprey looks to be the only way. I am not sure if any low profile gas block will work. I would use an Adams Arms, but like I said I want to hide the system for a clean look. Cost is a factor also. I'm not too excited about the extra cost of the Osprey system, but I haven't seen an alternative.

Any advice would be great.
