Ordered my Seekins lower on Thursday and it should be here in the next few days. Now the question is, what to build off of this sweet lower? I finished my Mega build and its a 16" middy gas piston and it rocks! The only thing I know for this build is that I will be using the adams arms system again.

If it's a piston build, I see no reason to make it 20". If SBR is an option, then do it. Caliber is a tough call, though a 12.5" 5.56 or 6.8 would be awesome.

I say go with the SBR in 5.56. It'll be tougher than my Seekins build:

I originally picked one up to SBR last year, but put it on the back burner and have yet to decide what to do with it. Couple of ideas, but we'll see, my current SBR build comes first.

My vote, SBR in 6.8. I'm a fan, I admit, but the ballistic advantage from a short barrel in 6.8 is great, if you don't mind shelling out for ammo.

triplebravo, nice build.

You know my vote bud. 6.8 SBR all the way, if your gonna take down that barrel why not get the best ballistic advantage you can? Dont do the 20", somebody may want to sell theirs in the future . . .

I love the look of the Seekins Lower. I wish they made a matching Upper.
