I am considering the purchase of one of these YHM 6.8 uppers and I'm hoping some of the experienced 6.8 shooters on here can give me some advice/info pertaining to it.

First of all, if anyone actually owns one of these uppers, I would love to hear from you regarding likes/dislikes, quality of construction, durability and the diamond handguards as opposed to something like a two piece removable quad rail (I think I would prefer to have a removable rail and I don't know if the diamond is as easily removable or not). I'm also concerned about the 1:10 twist on this barrel. From some of the research I've done on this caliber, it seems that something along the lines of 1:11 is better, even though some higer end manufacturers like LWRC are still using 1:10. Thanks in advance...

Even though it has he 1:10" twist, it has the SPCII chamber so you can shoot any of the avail ale factory ammo, including the SSA tactical loads. There are better specs out there, but as long as it has the M-4 cuts, it is good to go.

All the specs seem good but for around that price you should just go with AR15 Performance http://www.ar15performance.com/
