Looks like they copied a few of the HK416 uppers:

I've heard rumor that they were unable to launch the project, but I can't confirm that. I had thought they stated they were going to be selling these uppers at the start of 2010.

I would be interested in a 14.5" 416-style upper if it was reasonably priced.
