Hey gang-

I am trying to finalize spec on my SBR build, and with an eye towards Vltor's VS-1, I am thinking of getting DD's 12.5" CHF barrel.

Any user feedback?

Ive heard nothing but good things. I was going to do their 12.5 but I changed my Form 1 to 10.3 and will be using one of DD Lightweight profile barrels for it.

Yup, general concensus seems to be good, just haven't heard any real reports of accuracy, etc.

Another option is the Centurion Arms CHF 12.5" barrel. I just picked up one for the below build....

I would love to see pics with the handguards installed!

If it tells you anything, I sold a Noveske 12.5" Crusader barrel and replaced it with a DD CHF 12.5", and haven't given a moment of thought to replacing it.

I would also look at the Centurion as Stickman mentioned. My 16" med contour barrel that I got from Rainier in early 2009 is crazy accurate.
