Bad as I hate to say it, I'm going to have to spring for one of those 60's.......

How long are the 60 rounders? The 100 rounders are ridiculously long. If the price stays the same as it is now, I'll definitely pass.

According to Surefire's site, 8.7 inches. I'm not overly tickled with the price either, but for some reason, I gotta have just one.

Funny that such high cap mags come from a California company.

LOL. They have a typo on them. They have the weight as 12.2" for the 100 rounders and 8.7" for the 60 rounders. Should be length.

IMO this has a high gee-wiz factor, but for most of us it will not have a real world application. I can't imagine this protruding in the cab of a cop car, holding a containment position for an extended period or going into a low prone with it. Nor would I want to spend a few days with it in a class.

KINDA? Those things are gargantuan! I know they may be a novelty or good for the 3 gun guys, but I think they are rather impractical for the everyday Police Officer or Soldier on the ground. Too much weight on the weapon IMO.
