What Buffer Do I Need?

Whats up guys? I am building a 5.56 with a DD CHF 16'' CL barrel and AA mid length piston system. What buffer and spring will I need. I've read and watched videos about the bolt bouncing back when you dont have the right buffer. So I thought I would come here and see what y'all say...Thanks guys!

The high speed videos are cool, but bolt bounce issues are virtually non-existent in semi-auto fire. The fresh round is chambered and locking has occurred well before the trigger is pulled again.
