Which following M4 SBR is better in terms of quality, accuracy, durability and resale values.

Daniel Defense MK18 SBR (https://danieldefense.com/rifles/carbine-length/daniel-defense-m4-carbine-mk18-factory-sbr.html)

Noveske 10.5" Light Shorty FSR (http://noveskerifleworks.com/cgi-bin/imcart/display.cgi?item_id=lsfsr-556&cat=136&page=1&search=&since=&status=)

Tough to say, both are top notch. I'll say DD but wouldn't be unhappy with Noveske.

I'm inclined to recommend Noveske, but only because I have some and they've been excellent. I certainly wouldn't be unhappy with a DD.

As far as practical accuracy, reliability - the user will be the weak link with either. Noveske will build you a rifle with the Daniel Defense handguards you choose, and lots of places can mix and match these components for you. Both have lower recievers with varying amounts of flare (DD, and the upcoming Noveske FFL), there's no reason one is better than the other - get the one you want and go from there.
