Hello guys. Trying to find this but no luck finding it. Any idea where? The reason Im looking for this specific barrel is I want a low profile gas block hidden in my 10 inch quad rail. The set up is this barrel with a permanently attached battle comp 1.5 muzzle. plus the 10 inch quad rail. If I go midlength, gas block will be partially exposed.

Thanks

They are very hard to find. I checked several sites and couldn't find one. All I could find is the 14.5" Midlength SS.

I looked as well and couldn't find anything. ADCO offers a service where they can relocate a gas port however.

I've used several barrels from this company: http://www.ballisticadvantage.com/. They turn a nice stainless steel barrel.

Have you considered using a longer rail so that you could cover a mid-length low profile gas block if you wanted too?

Here's a mid-length gas system 14.5 inch stainless steel barrel with a BC 1.5 and a 12.875 inch rail...

I called them last Friday and Saturday. Will try again today. If not, might go with the Raniers Arms Ultramatch .223 Wylde stainless barrel 14.5. What do you think about this one? And Once Ill get this, Ill have Marvin dimple the front part.

Triple bravo, how do you like the BC 1.5? I see you have the silver one. Im planning to get the black oxide for this barrel.

I have a RA UM .223 Wylde barrel on my 10.5" SBR. The Wylde chamber can be a bit... "finicky". With the tighter chamber its a little more susceptible to fouling and debris. You'll want to make sure you run a clean weapon and have a forward assist on your upper. After a few hundred rounds I really have to give a good pull on the charging handle to remove a chambered round. All in all its never failed to chamber a round while cycling and is dead nuts accurate, even for an SBR. The only time I've failed to chamber is when I haven't dropped the bolt clean with a charging handle... for whatever reason at the time.

I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another and I just might for my current build.

Thanks for that heads up Hatter. I still got my VLTor MUR with forward assist upper. Anyway, in general, is it a plus or not?

I've got two BC 1.5s (one stainless, one black) mounted on mid-length 14.5 inch barrels. They are outstanding! It's becoming more difficult to resist the urge to switch to Battle Comps on everything I have.
