The long awaited MOE+ is now shipping, and the previously unknown K grip is shipping as well. The MOE+ gives a rubberized feel to a MOE grip, while the K grip appears modeled after the PDW style grips giving it a thinner body and steeper angle.

Stick,

Do the Magpul grip inserts work with the K grip? From the photo, it appears that they will not.

There are no inserts for the K grip.

Narrower grip circumference probably limits that - but for a PDW application I don't view that as a huge loss.

I've taken to using the KAC PDW grip configuration over the past year or two, and was pleasantly surprised to see the emergence of the Magpul K. It should be very well received.

I went ahead and ordered a K grip, or pre-ordered, from Brownells for a gun I'm working on. I tried the Troy mini grip and it was WAY too small. The Troy, FWIW, would be great for a woman/kid, and would be pretty great on an M&P22. I hope this one isn't quite so small and that the revised angle plays a part.

I'm pretty excited to check these out. I like my MIAD quite a bit so I doubt I'll change it, but I'll definitely give it a few hundred rounds to check it out.
Great pics as always Stick.

Stick, can I get a comparison between the K grip and the MIAD with small backstrap/flat front strap? Especially if you can comment on compatability with 45 degree throw levers.
