Don't know if this is in the right section... MODS plz feel free to move it and apologies if I am wrong.

Need a fairly discreet case for carrying a 10.5 inch barreled SBR. No I am not going to use a tennis racket bag or a guitar case. doesn't need to be that discreet. Just want a quality case that can carry the rifle and some magazines for it.

This little bag from LaRue (I think is made by tactical tailor) has served me well. It works for multiple configurations and is good for barrel lengths up to16".http://www.laruetactical.com/covert-rifle-case

Check this out. I don't have it but have been considering it. My only issue with it is that the zippers don't seem easily lockable because they have paracord pull tabs instead of metal. Still considering it though.

The HSGI Discrete Rifle Bag (http://www.hsgi.us/proddetail.php?prod=HSG-DBAG&cat=16) also looks good (no personal experience with one). But it's a bit pricier.

OK.... I don't want to have to break down the SBR so it has to be over 28 inches. I think 36 inches of case is too big

Want one case for one SBR....

eagle discreet would be nice but the back part is too big.

also want to be able to insert a 30 round mag in the rifle and have it be ready and also have enough room for my T1 micro. So the height matters.

feel like goldylox.....

Noveske Backpack might be the ticket.... will wait and see if other options arise

This is the way I went. I wish you hadn't asked though. I went to their website to copy the link - when I bought mine, 27.5" was all they had. Now they do 27.5 and 31. The 27.5 works, but the 31 incher would be a lot better. [bash]

Won't hold an inserted 30 rounder, but will work with a 20.
