Picked up a new 930 SPX a few weeks ago and the gun has been 100% reliable with any type load I’ve put through it. What I’m kind of perplexed about is the scoring I’m getting on the magazine tube when ever I remove and replace the barrel. The interference seems to be coming from the gas piston, the one that you do not take apart because of the heavy spring that is under tension. It’s always in the same place. With the barrel in place the scoring is just below the gas port on the bolt handle side. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Other than that the gun is functioning perfectly.
