I didn't see too much to report but I did see these rubber rail covers that should be available in a few weeks for the TRX rail systems.

You know, this annoys me more than a little. When I suggested the idea of some kind of low profile conformal covers for the TRX-E rails with them shortly after the line was introduced they treated me like a mental midget and swore there was absolutely no need or market.

You just got "ATTA BOY'D". They put you off so they could suggest it or do it themselves. Hey Joe just suggested this .....its great idea lets get him a lead in R&D and tripple his salary...

I found a couple other interesting items at the Troy booth including two new drop in rail systems made for carbine length ARs with FSBs. Although I couldn't see exactly how they mount, they explained that it's a two piece (top and bottom) design. These may be a great option for those of us stuck with limited latitude in modifying our issued weapons. Hopefully some WEVO staff will get a chance to T&E these and report further.

The circular rubber rails felt really good, especially being as low profile as they are. I am excited for the Charlie and Delta Rails to be released. They will be a great addition to the LE and MIL market for those issued Carbine length systems that want a mid-length rail system that is a drop-in without having (or being allowed to) remove the delta ring and front sight post.

I really like how you dont have to take the upper apart at all to install these. Any idea how much these weigh?
