Bandoliers have been out for a very long time, whats odd is that they haven't really been tapped into by many if any manufacturers for awhile. Grey Ghost Gear has a new bandolier ready to hold Magpul PMAGs in a few different sizes. I was skeptical of how well they would hold up using even this heavy elastic gear, but was told it was built to last, and that they mags wouldn't slip around. I played around, and they felt snug enough, but to really check, I hung it up in my cruiser and drove around for multiple shifts. I expected this would allow me to see the magazines shift and slide as I hit bumps. Roughly 40 hours into this eval, they still hadn't moved. Wearing the bandolier around induced no movement either. While I have no doubt they can shift if you are low crawling, the idea and design is pretty solid, and seems to work well.

I'll point out these are designed to work with MAGPUL PMAGS, and not intended for slick side USGI magazines. If you are using USGI mags, I'm sure you would need some skate tape or something similar to keep them held securely in place.
