Larue A-PEG Grip

I've read the review here, and in a couple of Mag's about the Larue A-PEG grips. Was wondering if anyone here has any experience with them. I have medium to small hands, and wonder if the profile was much thicker than average grips. Do they really improve grip angle and offer improved grip/hand positioning, or are they more hype than help. Price is reasonable.
Just wondering.
