Tareinco is a Newport News, VA based company that retails some great tactical stuff including a vast array of nylon gear that they design and produce themselves. Their main “Gear Guy’ is Mark Basa. Let me tell you, this guy is an artist with nylon and thread. It seems like they announce a new innovative design of his just about every day on Facebook.

I could barely contain my excitement when I first heard of Tareinco’s “Adaptable Camera Sling” a few months back. Sure, I’m not afraid to admit that my first attraction was simply that it was going to make my camera look frig’n tacticool. But when I read more about it, I found that when combined with the accessory pouches, the Adaptable Camera Sling was also very practicool. (Ok, yea, I’m making up a few too many words here.)

Truthfully, I’ve had this camera sling for about a few weeks now and I’ve found it to be extremely comfortable to wear. Even when toting around my relatively heavy rig that includes a camera body, zoom lens, and battery grip. This one is black, but it’s also available in Coyote Brown, Foliage Green, Real Tree AP, Red, Blue, and Multicam. (ITW Web Dominators keep the extra strapping secure.)

(Three velcro panels allow for attachment of small accessory pouches designed for the sling or your favorite patches.)

From the Tareinco website:

Our Adaptable Camera Sling is capable of attaching to a camera or binoculars via the 550 paracord adapter ends( attached to fastex buckles). It has been specifically designed to accept a unique line of Strap Pouches that will attach via the 3 loop velcro straps on the top side of the padded shoulder strap. This sling is adjustable from 34''-48'' and for use with multiple cameras or binoculars the user is able to purchase extra 550 cord adapters that can be left on the camera or binos. The sling also uses two ITW Web Dominators that allow the loose webbing to be easily managed instead of hanging loosley ready to catch up on something.

For the serious photographer who needs to have to cameras close at hand the sling can be adjusted to its full extention so that the user can wear a camera slung on his/her left or right hand side. The addition of our Strap Pouches will allow the user to also carry spare batteries, memory cards, lens-cleaning cloths, and more and as needed.

If you don't need any pouches, well, you have yet another piece of gear that will accept kick ass patches!

Made with honor in the USA!
