When it comes to rating power, Surefire has always slightly underrated their light's Lumen's compared to competitors, given that their lights are usually cast a warmer light that is more natural and easy to use than their competitor's lights, and Surefire's method of measurement is more modest.
With my eyeballs, I thought it was interesting that Surefire' 120 lumen light seemed as bright as a competitor's light that claimed to be 200 lumens.
Surefire has struck back, by increasing their lumens 60% with no increase in price for their mainstay lights such as the 6P, G2 and Z2 family of lights
