Wow. I knew there would be a surge in gun sales, but this is quite a jump.

I'm a bit surprised, are you?

I saw those yesterday and decided to wait until today to pick some up. Absolutely out of stock. "Should have bought it when you saw it.."

I went to a LGS this weekend and was amazed to see the amount of people there still looking for firearms. I know gun shops across the country are loving all the sales right now but I have yet to see 1 store trying to educate their customers on why everything is Sold Out or back-ordered right now. The majority of the "panic buyers" are probably the ones that need a lesson on the AWB. I also think anyone trying to purchase a firearm right now should also be required to purchase a NRA membership or already be a member.

I think the threats of powerful Senators and Congressmen put us a little beyond "panic" buying. Plus, Obama has gotten away with the "executive order" for so long, he's not a bit worried if he doesn't have the votes in the House to put a bill on the floor, rule by fiat is going to be his most historicallly discussed attribute, he is well beyond the record number of executive orders. So, referring to these folks as "panic buyers" is a bit high-handed, I think. And you would "require" someone to buy something?....Sounds like your on the wrong team...Kind of like Obama Care?...Actually I have a NRA Life Membership, and all I feel I've gotten for my money is constant, every freakin day, letters asking for more...

Just my .02's.
