I remember seeing a few pics of what I believe was a 51t breakout failure during a class. Can't remember where I saw it. Any chance someone here happens to remember seeing it and could link me back there, please?

Someone put frangible through a BC... The round blew apart as it exited the barrel and damaged the device iirc.

Here is one, it may or may not be what you are looking for. The problem with some of the pictures like this is that the lack of info opens up a lot of questions.
