Looks like a lower 1/3rd to me, but then again camera offset could be in play.

If you've looked through an absolute co-witness before you should be able to tell the difference, chances are if you think it's a lower 1/3rd, it probably is.

Yeah that is not a lower 1/3rd in my book.

Could always send it back and get the LaRue.
