My agency recently bought rifle racks and the guy at the shop mentioned he had heard of officers getting locking takedown pins so that the rifle could not be easily taken apart and removed from the rack should some miscreant choose to try. The only thing I can find is a product by JP Enterprises that is advertised to increase accuracy by eliminating slop between the two halves (and I do not want to talk about that) I’m only asking if anyone has experience with or knows of this or another product being used for the purpose of securing the weapon while unattended in a rack. Thank you.
