Yes they do. But years of carrying a 1911 created muscle memory of swiping the safety. Old habits die hard. Guys smile at me when I take the Glock to the range ... "Hey bud, what's your thumb doing during the draw?"

He was originally going to sell it to me at a discounted price of $250 for helping them at the ranch for a few hours, but I wound up getting it for free after "a few hours" turned into 17 hours straight. I didn't like the billboard on the slide on the m&p22 so gave it some color and swapped out the crappy front sight for a Dawson precision FI/steel one.

Yeah, your 1.0 with the slide work is pretty much awesome.

I plan to carry this one occasionally after I get her broken in, but probably stick to my Glock 43 as my primary. One of these days I'll probably send another slide to ATEi.
