Rainier Arms (http://www.rainierarms.com/) is now offering their "Legion" Rifle. It appears to be a Rainier Urban Carbine (RUC) (http://www.rainierarms.com/?page=shop/detail&product_id=2888) but with a Centurion Arms CMR Rail. From the Rainier Arms website:

We have integrated the slick design of Centurion CMR 12" handguard to build a light weight rifle utilizing components such as the Geissele QMS trigger which offers a fluid trigger platform for smooth shooting. To accommodate our ambidextrous shooters, we have installed our Rainier Arms Raptor ambidextrous charging handle by AXTS and B.A.D. selector 45° levers. All materials used are of industry-leading standards, each weapon carefully and meticulously assembled with a limited lifetime warranty.
