Billet Machined:
All of our suppressors baffles from rimfire through .338LM are entirely billet CNC machined from the strongest, highest quality materials available. While more expensive than alternative methods, machining from heat treated, billet materials, allows us to achieve ideal part geometry free of the inconsistencies and limitations of casting and stamping.
Fully Welded:
All Griffin centerfire rifle suppressors are robotically fusion welded and fully monolithic. This ensures maximum thermal transfer throughout the suppressor providing maximum durability and service life. Don't compromise with other brands that use adhesives, spot welds, or threads for assembly.
Flawless Suppressor Bores:
All Griffin centerfire rifle suppressor bores are wire Electrical Discharge Machined in the final manufacturing operation to ensure flawless bore alignment respective to the mounting system. This costly, time consuming process, provides maximum freedom from the possibility of baffle strikes.
Precision Mounting Interface:
We utilize CNC turning, ID jig grinding, OD grinding, and Electrical Discharge Machining to manufacture precision mounting systems. Our mounting systems provide solid lock up and consistent, minimal point of impact shift.
Suppressor Mount Included:
Quality is a form of value. We go one step further, including a free suppressor mount with every suppressor requiring a proprietary mount.*
* Direct thread mounted suppressors and A2 compatible M4SD series suppressors do not include mounts.
