I was wondering if anyone has ever had their hands on a TWS Arms (http://www.twsarms.com/) AR-15. I have seen some of their rifles in standard 5.56/.223 and 308 floating around on other social media.

What got my attention was an ad I read about their Master Builders Kit for $765.97. I haven't heard of them other than from social media and just looking to see if anyone else has done business with them and what their impression was. Here are the details on the kit.

Found some people that had good things to say about their .308 rifles over at sniper hide forums that's about it. Basically I am looking for a decently priced complete kit just to take the gunsmithing course with. Any opinion on them would be greatly appreciated.
If they are decent then the kit will work. If not then I will just piece a complete build together to take the course.

Specs on the parts are pretty vague. Anything better?

Personally, I'd rather just have one of these and a lower.

Now that works cause I know I can pick up an Aero Precision blemished lower pretty cheap. I would just have to disassemble that upper for the class. Or maybe I could call and just ask them to mail it unassembled?

Let me know the quality you get on the palmetto. I picked up a TWS at a build class. Several of us had them. Provided by the instructor as part of the purchase. Kit was set up as a nice collector. Parts were consistent and quality. Got an AR I built and a class for 900. I also received an armorers wrench that comes with the kit. Oveerall, I am happy with my purchase.
